<p>Following are the important nutrition for body building.</p>
<p>a) Daily Calorie Intake: Today calorie intake is as inevitable as Carbohydrates, proteins and Fats. You requirement of daily calorie need can be calculated with the given formula, if you want to maintain your current mass, multiply your body mass with 15. And for those who want to gain weight deliberately, multiply body weight with 18. This is the easy way for daily calorie intake and very effective as well.</p>
<p>b) Protein: Protein is fundamental for the development and repair of tissues of muscle. Protein includes amino acids which helps in building covers for all cells in the body. Protein is indispensable for your hair, immune system, organs, nails and every other part of the human body without which your body would not survive. Those who are working outside require enough protein to the adequate level for day to day tasks along with improvement from your daily exercises. Average intake of protein daily must be 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body mass. This is very effective and extremely safe amount. </p>
<p>c) Carbohydrates: It is the required energy source for human body. There are simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates are wrecked down gradually and extract a gentle blood sugar response. Simple carbohydrates are recommended for the first 2 hours subsequent to your daily exercise. Simple carbohydrates extract a speedy ascend and descend in sugar levels in your blood. It has been proved that there should be majority of complex carbohydrates than any other carbohydrates in your nutrition. </p>
<p>d) Fats: Fats is automatically supplied to your body through your daily diet. Fundamental fatty acids play a vital role in recovery, growth and day to day workouts. Growing of muscle is the sole target of body building and excess body fat is the sole enemy for body builder. So you dont have to eat too much, eat too little, insufficient protein intake, failing to cook yourself, not maintaining a nutrition log, too much sugar and fat, not drinking adequate water, lacking positive nitrogen balance, lacking food balance in meals and ignoring supplementation. Thus these are some points which affects immensely even if you are maintaining your nutrition level.</p>

<p>And what about the guy who seems to go to the gym, just look at the weights, follow it up with a diet of Twinkies and cheesecake and somehow add an inch to his biceps in the process?</p>
<p>Frustrating, right?</p>
<p>While body building magazines and &#8220;guru&#8217;s&#8221; would love for you to believe that building muscle is as simple as &#8220;performing this exercise for this many reps&#8221;, it&#8217;s actually a very PERSONAL process and YOUR body building results will depend on many factors&#8230;including the body you were born with!</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what I mean&#8230;</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t have to refer you back to 9th grade Biology class to remind you that not everybody is built with the same &#8220;body type&#8221;.</p>
<p>Whether you were called &#8220;scrawny&#8221; or &#8220;big boned&#8221;, &#8220;skinny&#8221; or &#8220;fat&#8221;, or you were blessed with the body of a Greek God, everyone has a body that has inherent &#8220;gifts&#8221; and &#8220;limitations&#8221; when it comes to body building and building muscle.</p>
<p>Therefore, following the exact same diet and doing the exact same exercises can yield entirely different results for each person based upon their specific body type. </p>
<p>But, building up muscle mass and achieving an ideal body for body building is actually quite easy&#8230;as long as you understand these differences, what YOUR specific &#8220;body type&#8221; is&#8230;and how to diet and exercise accordingly.</p>
<p>BODY BUILDING BY &#8220;BODY TYPE&#8221; </p>
<p>There are three basic &#8220;body types&#8221; that all people fall into, based mostly on the body that they were born with. </p>
<p>These three classifications are called the &#8220;Ectomorph&#8221;, the &#8220;Mesomorph&#8221;, and the &#8220;Endomorph&#8221;. </p>
<p>An ectomorph body is characterized by a thin, delicate stature, and men in this category usually have trouble gaining weight and muscle mass. </p>
<p>A mesomorph body is one that has no trouble gaining or losing weight, and adding muscle mass for men with this body type is usually easy. </p>
<p>Endomorph bodies are typically large, soft, and round, and men in this class will usually have trouble losing weight and slimming down their stature. </p>
<p>By following a body building program that focuses on specific physical and dietary guidelines based upon your body type, men of all three classes can easily achieve lean muscle growth, enhanced fat burning&#8230;and the body of their dreams.</p>
<p>Here are some powerful training and nutrition tips for each body type to help you achieve your goals:</p>
<p>ECTOMORPH BODY BUILDING TIPS:</p>
<p>Men with an ectomorph body should follow certain exercise routines in order that focus primarily on &#8220;mass building&#8221; while avoiding their body&#8217;s natural desire to stay thin.</p>
<p>As any &#8220;skinny guy&#8221; knows, that&#8217;s not an easy task! </p>
<p>To maximize your mass building efforts, activities other than weight lifting and strength training should be avoided, since they will only burn calories and make it harder to gain muscle mass. </p>
<p>All energy should be focused on weight training exercises, and for the ectomorph, more is NOT necessarily better.</p>
<p>Ecto&#8217;s can quickly find themselves &#8220;over trained&#8221; and their body will struggle with keeping up with an intense training session that outpaces your ability to recover and grow new muscle.</p>
<p>Stick with heavy weights for about 6-8 repetitions using compound exercises and rest for 2 to 3 days between training in order to allow their body to recuperate between training sessions.  </p>
<p>The best weight training exercises to perform are the dead lift, squats, and reverse grip lat pull downs to focus on your largest muscle groups to give you the most bang for your body building &#8220;buck&#8221;. </p>
<p>Incline bench presses can also be very beneficial, since they can work several major muscle groups all at the same time. </p>
<p>MESOMORPH BODY BUILDING TIPS:</p>
<p>Men with a mesomorph body type usually donâ€™t have much trouble gaining or losing weight, as long as they stick to a regular exercise routine that includes both weight training and cardiovascular exercises. </p>
<p>Strength training should be done 2 to 3 times per week, with cardiovascular exercises being done every day that strength training isnâ€™t or for a short time at the end of each workout. </p>
<p>This exercise routine can be changed based on the specific body each individual is looking for, so those looking to gain extra muscle mass may want to increase their strength training to 4-5 times a week if needed. </p>

<p>1. Tummy Isometric Crunch &#8211; exhale, then suck in your stomach as far as you can, hold for about 15 seconds. Relax and breathe. Visualize moving your bellybutton straight toward your back. Holding in your tummy muscles and tensing your abs is a good way of firming and strengthening them. You will also become more aware of how to control your tummy muscles. Repeat several times. This exercise can be done anywhere, anytime.</p>
<p>Note &#8211; if you have high blood pressure, do not hold your breath for extended periods of time.</p>
<p>2. Rectus Abdominis Tummy Exercises (sounds great, no?):</p>
<p>a. Lie on your back on the floor with bent knees and your feet flat on the floor, knees and feet spread apart the width of your hips.</p>
<p>b. Place your hands gently on the sides of your head for support, spreading your elbows so you cannot see them.</p>
<p>c. With your chin tucked toward your chest, gently curl upward and forward so that your head, neck and shoulder blades lift off the floor and your lower back presses against the floor (if you want, start with your head resting on a pillow which has your head and neck in the correct position to begin).</p>
<p>d. Pause just a moment, then gently return to the starting position.</p>
<p>e. Repeat several times.</p>
<p>Note &#8211; do not use your arms to complete the curl. If you can see your elbows, you&#8217;re cheating. Do not put your feet under anything since this lessens the effectiveness of these types of flat tummy exercises. If this female abs exercise is too difficult for you, do the next one below.</p>
<p>3. Sit-Back Flat Tummy Exercises &#8211; if your female abs muscles are weak and you have trouble lifting yourself off the floor in #2 above, here is an alternate flat tummy exercise for you:</p>
<p>a. Start in a sitting position on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor (secure your feet under a piece of furniture).</p>
<p>b. Cross your arms over your chest and roll your head and shoulders forward toward your chest.</p>
<p>c. Gently and slowly lean back, keeping your head and shoulders tucked. Continue until you begin to feel your stomach muscles contracting.</p>
<p>d. Then try to lean back just a bit more if you can and hold that position until your muscles start shaking. Try to hold this position with your muscles shaking for five seconds, then ease back to the upright sitting position.</p>
<p>e. Repeat in a few seconds.</p>
<p>4. Reduce Chewing Exercises &#8211; yes, as in jaw muscles used for excessive chewing as in overeating. Reducing overeating or exercising those jaw muscles less may be necessary to have great female abs. No one can see great female abs if they are covered with body fat! Having great female abs may require losing some body fat. Losing body fat means:</p>
<p>a. Cardio exercise on a regular basis &#8211; getting the heartbeat up with fun whole-body workouts several times a week.</p>
<p>b. Healthy eating habits &#8211; eating healthy foods, eliminating sodas/junk food and taking in fewer calories than you burn each day.</p>
<p>c. Besides flat tummy exercises, strength training for the whole body &#8211; any muscle tissue you add will burn extra calories 24/7.</p>
<p>Besides looking great, having great female abs is about good health. Visually and physically, the midsection is the center of the body and the foundation of strength. Weak abdominals leave a woman weaker looking and vulnerable to lower back pain. At first, the goal is to build up the basic strength in the female abs area with flat tummy exercises. And remember, always check with your health care provider before starting any exercise program. Start out slowly and gradually build up your strength and repetitions.</p>
<p>For great abs and good health, the ideal is to reduce body fat down to no lower than 15-20% for women. Sometimes, doing flat tummy exercises is the EASY part, losing excess body fat is the TOUGH part. Eat right, exercise right. It may take time, just do not give up on your dream of having those great female abs.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The situation in Jena Louisiana is in deed sad. Here it is that we&#8217;re in the 21st century we see the kind of crap you would of thought died in the 60&#8217;s, but apparently not. This isn&#8217;t the only story out there in the main stream media as regards this type of gross misconduct. They&#8217;ve also reported on a poor woman that was kidnapped tortured by nine other people. Simply on the premise of being black. Look don&#8217;t get me wrong we&#8217;ve made some big in roads. Segregation&#8217;s gone, African Americans are yes a whole lot better off than there parents. I thought that the type of racism that existed in today&#8217;s America was like the kind of stuff Imus engages in. Words of ignorance, verbal denigration by a select few in our society, that still have there heads in a certain Orpheus of there body in the proximately to there posterior! I guess I was wrong on that one. I would just say ya it sucks, but you know it&#8217;s isolated man. That would apparently in the wake of not just the Jena six, but the other deal in West Virginia too, be wrong. Both in the South?</p>
<p>I have to say that the more stuff changes, boy oh boy, it remains the same. In the case regarding the south and this baby like attitude of superiority has got to go. Lets all grow up and live together already peacefully alright. No more of this hey your less of a person than me because this crude exterior fabric we call skin, as it happens to be a different color than mine. It&#8217;s there to hold your insides in and doesn&#8217;t have a thing to do with actual physical character of the individual. There are White and black asshole and white and black nice people. To me in short it would appear that both white and black students in Jena are not the later. One group insight the other group to act out in anger, do in part to the other half acting out in ignorance. I&#8217;d like to see some equal protection under the auspices of the law. I think that a conviction of murder is a bit over the top. None the less I found the behavior troubling and highly repulsive in response to what was yes, quiet frankly retarded move in regard to the parliamentary infected feelings of hate, or stupidity. Take your pick, perhaps it&#8217;s both.<br />
<br />If such individuals can&#8217;t get there crap together and understand that no matter what in the devil color we are. We all crap, fart and bleed. That we all can feel love, sadness, and happiness. than I propose the following as not only just punishment but away to eliminate hate, and anger.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d personally propose as regards the Jena 6. A charge of murder is wrong, but so is letting you temper get the better half of you too. Let&#8217;s have both groups expelled for the remainder of the year and sent to New Orleans to assist Habitat for Humanity in building homes for those who need some help. Maybe than these kids can learn a valuable lesson in love. Oh, and they have to begin each day and end each day by hugging each other, and looking into there fellow students eyes and, saying three powerful but poignant words; I love you.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Taking traditional exercises and using them with a keg is half the battle of Keg Conditioning.  I have to admit, there are far too many advantages to using a keg over a barbell.  Instead of listing them with a series of bullets, today, I am going to explain how the Hammer Curl is enhanced as a result.</p>
<p>As you know, the Hammer Curl is an excellent method of arm flexion.  It is a bit more difficult than the traditional barbell curl due to the neutral grip that must be used.  The neutral grip is a palm facing each other hold and this represents a direct carry over to life.  Many people will skip over Hammer Curls since they can not lift as much weight using that exercise.  Call me crazy but if I wasnt good at something, I would focus on that something&#8230;</p>
<p>Hammer Curls with a Keg</p>
<p>To start this exercise I recommend an empty keg and only an empty keg.  I know you can curl between 30 and 40 pounds but that is not the point.  This movement is not just arm flexion but also radial deviation.  In English, that means the wrist will rotate towards your body at the top of the curl.  It is called radial deviated because that movement of the wrist is going towards the bone in the forearm called the radius.  Pretty ingenious huh?</p>
<p>Anyhow, this movement with a keg represents tremendous overall arm strength and durability at the same time.  This means you can do this exercise that is supposed to be for your upper arms, add a keg, and now the movement works the entire arm down to the wrist.</p>
<p>As you do this exercise, go through it smoothly, and keep control of your wrist.  As you Hammer Curl the keg upwards, make sure you naturally bring your wrist towards your body.   As with any exercise, make sure you contract the muscles being used at the midpoint of the movement, and then slowly return to the beginning.  </p>
<p>This is a part of grip training that is often overlooked.  I believe it is because it requires a little bit of teaching and it could be dangerous if the participants dont heed the instruction.  I know you wont have a problem with this exercise because youre the type of person who can focus and execute.</p>
<p>The Hammer Curl with a keg is the best arm flexion movement of all time.  It not only will build your upper arms but allow you to create balance within the entire arm.  You will never be a huge upper arm, tiny lower arm person.  Instead, you will have arms that look like they were cut out of stone.</p>
<p>This is just one exercise that produces functional strength within the upper body.  There are many more!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;A Healthy body, healthy mind keeps you fit for life&#8221;, now-days its neglected due to the busy schedule and the level of stress we face. However, the most effective way of combating stress in an eventful day could be Exercise. I personally take exercise as a serious issue just like having a good nights sleep, nutritious diet, reading or watching super comedy and prayers. We all have the same excuse &#8220;no time&#8221;, &#8220;too busy&#8221;, &#8220;too tired&#8221; or many more, but exercise has become an integral part of my life. You don&#8217;t have to do exercise to become body builders or wrestlers. Perhaps, the best way Psychologically to boost the self-esteem, appreciating self-image &amp; relieve from stress is only exercise. I practise thrice a week: 15-20 minutes jogging followed by stretching, warm up &amp; moderate weight exercise for the whole body for next 30 minutes. A day break after the third exercise schedule in the week the fourth i hit the beach or a swimming pool spending 20-30 minutes swimming or any other water activities. Now the alternate day rest gives me time to recover &amp; reoccupy, although i do exert myself during the exercise days. As i only concentrate on moderate weight training without going heavy. Even i spend 10-11 hours five days a week at work, then you have the workload, stress, traffic, meetings, issues &amp; off course family, but what better way then exercise as &#8220;Stress buster&#8221;. The result of exercise other then physical confidence is the achievement of &#8220;Mental good health&#8221;. I don&#8217;t know if there&#8217;s any measurement for the Endorphins and Serotonin. Somehow i get them to support my mental health with exercise. Endorphins is the brain&#8217;s painkiller, its three times more potent then morphine. The release of Endorphins is caused by laughter, stress, sexual activity, spicy food and Exercise with ultimately causing Euphoria. On the other hand Serotonin is a neurotransmitter and it causes transmission of the nerve pulses, its created in the body with amino acid tryptophan. Serotonin modulates anger, body temperature, moods, sleep, sexual appetite and metabolism. Thats the best way to describe &#8220;Endorphin&#8221; &amp; &#8220;Serotonin working on our brains and finally our mental good health but all that wont be possible without &#8220;Exercise&#8221;. The benefits of exercise is enormous but one has to properly combine with food with high water content, minimum eight hours sleep, stay away from addictions, reading, meditation or prayers and last but not the least spend time with family. I always felt that the connection between the brain and the body is always dependant upon how we use the brain and body in relation to the other. The stimulants of the brain can only be used in a positive manner with a moderate exercise that empowers your physically and enriches mentally only then you can have control over your emotions to keep you fit for life.</p>
