Why women should lift weights – Part 1

I have never seen as flawless a body on a woman as those of weight lfters. Two women in particular, come to mind…one 23 years old and the other 83, both of whom lift weights, daily. Not the heavy, bulky sort, of course. Rather, they are devoted to a full body workout with normal weights (5-10 punds) and repetitions.

In my youth, I did not appreciate body building much, given that people tend to take it to such a point that their bodies become distorted (rather than naturally beautiful), like cartoons. I have, since, learned that proper weight lifting provides exquisite results.
