“A Healthy body, healthy mind keeps you fit for life”, now-days its neglected due to the busy schedule and the level of stress we face. However, the most effective way of combating stress in an eventful day could be Exercise. I personally take exercise as a serious issue just like having a good nights sleep, nutritious diet, reading or watching super comedy and prayers. We all have the same excuse “no time”, “too busy”, “too tired” or many more, but exercise has become an integral part of my life. You don’t have to do exercise to become body builders or wrestlers.
