Review Of Turbulence Training The Program That Promises Maxium Fat Loss In Minimum Workout Time

Turbulence Training promises fast fat loss results for men and women who don’t have a lot of time for exercise. This is a bold promise, and the workouts promise maximum results in only three workouts per week.

Let’s take a look at this claim, and see if it really measures up!

Before we get to the program, let’s take a look at the expert behind the workouts. I’ve come across Craig Ballantyne’s name many times in popular fitness magazines such as Men’s Health and Men’s Fitness, and even in Oxygen and Shape magazines. So the program is clearly put together by a trusted fitness expert.

I’ve also talked to Craig about his training and education background, and I’ll be honest, it was impressive, unlike the trainers [ Continue Reading ]

Bodybuilding Workouts – Muscle Building Workouts

There are many fine books, magazines, instructional videos and trainers who can provide information on how to perform exercises that build muscle. Whether using free weights, machines, cables or free-hand exercises, mastering the principles of resistance training is fundamental to building muscle. However, what is often lacking in these how-to guides is information on how to best organize one’s diet, rest schedule and exercise routine to maximize results. Building muscles and muscle mass is one of the toughest tasks you can attempt. Okay, sainthood is probably harder, but not by a lot. Your body is an extremely efficient machine. Writing tips: Creating a fantasy novel

There are two vastly different methods of writing fantasy fiction. I have written novels in both methods. I will try to share my experience in working with both.

The first method is scene writing. In this method you actually create each scene that will happen without worrying as much about the characters. Starting with the story opening that has only a beginning in it. Just enough to capture and draw your reader in keeping them gripped by your words until the very last sentence. Then even, if possible, you want to leave the reader wanting more (this is true of both methods actually).

Each scene after the opening you will advance the plot further and further. Each scene should have a beginning, middle, and end. The scene may end up being two or three chapters, but [ Continue Reading ]

What many don’t realise is that building muscle is actually quite simple. All that you have to do is get stronger. Generally, the stronger you get, the more muscle you will build.

If you continually subject your body to progressively heavier weights, your body will have no choice but to adapt and grow larger, to withstand the stress we are putting it under. It really is that simple.

Problem is, many programs out there are so confusing and complex, you need to be a rocket scientist to understand them. It doesn’t need to be this complex. So let’s break muscle building down to its most basic level, which is to train for strength.

How do we train for strength?

To explain this to you, I want to give you a basic, overview of our energy [ Continue Reading ]

Why Short Workouts Work Best: Build a Better Body in Less Time

The Fountain of Youth World Summit with Ryan Lee, fitness professional, the founder of Prograde Nutrition and fitness sites Sports Specific and Work Out Pass.

Kevin: Great. Well, tonight is going to be absolutely awesome. I know that for sure and as you know I don’t like to waste any time and as everyone else knows I don’t like to waste any time. Let’s get right into it. Let’s talk a little bit about your story, how you began in the workout business?

Ryan: Okay and I will cut right to the chase too. Basically, I’ve been a fitness professional since ‘94. I’ve always worked out my entire life since I started at 12 years old working out in my basement, you know, with the Joe Weider set. I progressed up. I was a [ Continue Reading ]
